Summary
We are currently recruiting Administrative Assistants as outlined below:
Kindly note, positions are temporary agreements for a period of three (3) months to facilitate an internal project.
Administrative Assistant: Dispatch Department
Administrative/Inventory Assistant: Procurement/Stores Department
The Administrative Assistants shall provide support to the operations and coordination as per the department needs for administrative support, operational support, invoicing, cost management, inventory management and customer care.
Job requirements
Five CXC subjects (must include Mathematics and English Language)
Pursuing any Business Administrative Certificates/Associate Degree
A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience same role experience.
Advance level user of Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills, identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner and gathers and analyses information skillfully.
Excellent arithmetic, and report writing skills.
