Job description

The Career Centre is expanding its professional talent network for Customer Service Representatives and Client Support professionals across Trinidad and Tobago and the Caribbean region.

This talent pool is designed to identify candidates for current and future customer service opportunities with our client organizations across industries including retail, financial services, telecommunications, hospitality, logistics, and corporate services.

Candidates with experience in customer interaction, client support, and service delivery are encouraged to submit their profiles.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Diploma/Certificate in Business Administration, Customer Service, or related field

  • Customer service or client relations certifications

  • Other relevant professional training

  • CXC/CSEC passes including English and Mathematics
